Charlie is an enthusiastic, friendly person who enjoys singing. His voice is wonderful and he can play several different instruments, but in battle he's not as useful as he wishes he was. He's the squadron's sniper but we haven't seen him actually hit a target yet. He adores his Pokemon and flirts with everyone...even other men.

Abyssa Gastly, Female. Assigned to Charlie by Team Revolution, the two become very close very fast. Abyssa can possess people and control them, making her a valuable asset when Team Revolution gets itself in jail.
Haberdasher Oddish, Male. When Charlie stumbles upon a party of wild Pokemon dancing in the woods, he joins in with his guitar. Many of the Pokemon scatter at the sight of a human, but an Oddish stays to play with him. He invites it to come along, and it enters his Pokeball willingly. Its status effect powders become invaluabe in getting out of bad situations.
Thomasina Cleffa, Female. Thomasina emerges from a mysterious pod that fell from the sky... Charlie considers her his 'daughter' of sorts and never lets her come to harm. He doesn't seem to know that behind his back, the Cleffa is a little kleptomaniac who builds ray guns and other devices from stolen items...
